On Tuesday, May 21, LEARN submitted a testimony to the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies (LHHS) regarding Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 funding for the Institute of Educational Sciences (IES), the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). In this testimony, LEARN advocated for increases in Fiscal Year 2025 funding for these key agencies which support critical education research aimed at advancing scientific understanding of learning and development.
