LEARN Submits FY27 Appropriations Letter to LHHS Subcommittees
On Monday, March 2, the LEARN Coalition submitted a letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the U.S. House and Senate Appropriations Committee’s Labor, Health and Human Services, Education Subcommittees, urging increased funding for the Institute of Education Sciences (IES), the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The letter highlights the need to restart the grant review process at IES.
